A starter policy — replace it with your real terms before launch.

Dispatch times

Cards are picked, sleeved and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Once we've broken any sealed decks your order needs and pulled the exact singles, it goes straight in the post. You enter your delivery address at checkout, and it's saved on your order.

Tracked UK postage

Everything ships by tracked UK post, typically arriving 2–4 business days after dispatch. Wherever possible we combine the cards from a single order into one envelope — fewer envelopes, less damage to the stack, lower cost passed back to you.

Rates

Postage is calculated at checkout based on your order. We'll show the exact total before you pay — no surprises at the end. The deck-break and inventory-stress lines you see in pricing are about the cards, not the postage: postage is the flat tracked rate.

Tracking

When your order ships you'll get a confirmation email with the tracking number, and the status updates in your orders (pending → paid → shipped).
