Sealed decks & singles

Sealed decks and individual singles (aces, courts, jokers, backs) can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided sealed decks are unopened and singles come back in the same condition they left us — uncreased, unmarked, and in their original sleeve. Start a return from your orders or by replying to your order confirmation email.

Bagholder & liquidation lots

Mystery lots, liquidation lots, fragments and other base-of-the-pyramid stock are sold AS-IS and are non-returnable. That's the whole point — you're absorbing the leftovers so the stack stays balanced. We describe each lot as honestly as we can before you buy, but once it ships, it's yours to keep.

How refunds work

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method via Stripe, typically within 5–10 business days. We'll email you when the refund is issued. Original postage is non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged in the post or we've sent the wrong cards, contact us within 7 days with a photo and your order number — we'll send a replacement or refund at no cost, including return postage. This applies even to AS-IS lots if the damage happened in transit rather than being part of the lot's described condition.
