Wait — is this an actual pyramid scheme?

No. "Pyramid" is a joke about our pricing, not a financial product: there's no investment, no returns, and no recruitment. You buy playing cards; that's it. The pyramid is just the diagram of how cards flow down our tiers — sealed decks at the top, leftovers at the bottom.

Do you really open sealed decks?

Accepted Answer

Yes. If the exact card you want isn't already loose, we break a fresh deck to get it. That adds a deck-break fee, because opening a deck for one card leaves us 51 others to manage. Buy a deck whole and there's no break fee.

What's a Bagholder Special?

The bottom tier of the pyramid: the cheapest, strangest stock — orphan cards, mystery bundles, and liquidation lots. You take the leftovers off our hands, so you get the lowest price per card. The lower the layer, the stranger the bargain.

What condition are the cards in?

Accepted Answer

Sealed decks are factory-sealed and untouched. Singles and gaffs are new unless a listing says otherwise. Fragments and bagholder lots are sold as-is — that's why they're cheap; expect handling wear and mixed backs. Every listing states its condition plainly.

How do shipping and returns work?

Everything here is a physical card, so orders ship by post. Sealed and single items can be returned within 30 days; bagholder and liquidation lots are sold as-is and aren't returnable (the whole point is that you're absorbing the leftovers). See Shipping and Returns for the details.
